Veronique Doux is an executive coach and has been advising
top management in international leading companies for more than 12 years. She brings senior level experience in management and communications to her coaching practice.

Based in Paris, she is bilingual French/English and coaches
in France, Great Britain and Switzerland. She is certified to use tools such as MBTI level I and II), Belbin, FIRO-B, WorkPlaceBig5 as well as the Global
Executive Leadership Inventory and Personality Audit from the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre. She is also trained in Motivational Interviewing and Competing Commitment.
As Communications Director, Véronique has been a member of an international Executive Committee for Rexam. Previously, she held country, divisional and group global
responsibilities in industrial and services Fortune 500 organisations such as Deloitte, Veolia and Lafarge. She has trained CEOs and senior executives in crisis communications
as well as media and public speech performance. With an in-depth understanding of key corporate issues, she has been involved in strategy, M&A, lean management, HR and sustainability issues
across Western and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Americas.
She is a graduate in clinical organisational psychology from INSEAD’s Coaching & Consulting for Change programme. Her thesis on “the dynamics of
individual change in a professional transition” was granted a cum laude distinction. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and also has a background in business and a Masters in communications from both Exeter and Sorbonne Universities.
With South-Western French roots, Véronique also has a strong South-American side to her family. In her free-time, she enjoys arts, singing and writing stories.
